Text Analytics AI mines insights in unstructured text using natural language processing (NLP) to gain a deeper understanding of the document without the need to read it. We identify key phrases and entities such as people, places, and organizations to understand common topics and trends.

Q: Why use Text ANalytics?

We use Text Analytics for two key benefits:

  • Allows you to quickly identify the main points of a document without the need to read the document

  • Especially useful if your work is document intensive

Q: How many languages does Speech AI support?

Currently, we support only English and Japanese languages. However, we will be rolling out more languages in the future.

Q: Is this service secured?

Yes! Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Yes. Once Text Analytics AI complete processing the documents, they are deleted immediately. We do not keep your files or the data generated or use them for any other purpose. Nobody in or outside Aispace has access to your files.

Q: How long does it take to process a document?

Fast. It is almost instant. However, if Aispace is experience a high volume of documents to process, Aispace will queue these documents for processing. Thus, it might take some times to process your document.

Q: What are the Text Analytics (Document AI) packages?

You can buy according to your needs. Packages come in 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 documents.

Q: What File formats can Text ANalytics process?

We can process the following file formats:

  • All common Office formats, including PDF

  • It will only work for files that are indexable and searchable. Thus, this will not work with “non-searchable PDFs”.
